Bluey, the Emmy-winning animated hit series from BBC Studios on Disney Channel, Disney Junior, and Disney+, follows the adventures of a lovable and inexhaustible 6-year-old Blue Heeler puppy, who lives with her dad, Bandit; mum, Chilli; and 4-year-old little sister, Bingo. In every episode, Bluey uses her limitless Blue Heeler energy to play elaborate games that unfold in unpredictable and hilarious ways, bringing her family and the whole neighborhood into her world of fun. Now, kids and families can dream up their own imaginative adventures.
They have a super fun and entertaining and real-life style family. They are so relatable and fun. Their shows are like snips of what real life consists of. The Bluey show is aimed at kids in the five-year-old to seven-year-old age range. The characters along with the family adventures and humor make it great for all ages. Really, I love how the parents get right in there and play with the kids.
I love that all of the characters play a significant role in family life to share important messages and feelings. In the Magic Xylophone episode, Bluey is a frozen Garden Gnome. While she is frozen, Bingo talks to Bluey about how she feels when Bluey doesn't share turns is so heartfelt. I have seen my kids have the same conversations. It was nice to see at the end of the episode that they did finally share together. After that, they were able to work together to trick dad and freeze him into a dad water fountain. It's so cute!
The show has great ideas for games the whole family can play when the show is over. I know our family has played our own version of "Keepy Uppy" a game to keep the balloon from touching the ground, "Shadowlands" The floor is hot lava, and the "Magic Xylophone" Freeze Tag. It's so much fun to play games with the whole family. You don't have to be little to play these games either, the whole family can get in on the action.
We just got some great toys and books that I can't wait to show you. These are perfect for all of your little Bluey fans.
