Find Your Perfect Hair Style With ALMUSH STYLE

I love getting surprises in the mail. I am working with Almush Style on a review of their Cube Design Hair Curler Set and when it came, I got so excited and I can't wait to show you! This is so much fun! I am going to show you what to expect when you get your set and how you are supposed to use it. I am not a hair professional but, I watch a lot of videos, let's go for it!

I have been seeing the satin heatless curlers everywhere on social media. I'm not real big on heat-treating or using styling products on my hair so this method works out great for me. I naturally have very straight and flat hair. It's fine and has no volume at all. Even when I try styling it, it's flat in just a few hours. I end up throwing it in a bun and calling it a day. The ONLY thing that has EVER worked on my hair is the foam curlers that my great grama put in my hair before bed. I haven't done them in years.

Well, the Almush Style curler set is just like the foam curler except for one amazing part- there's only 1 curler to set. That's right! 1 easy wand to set and wake up with beautiful hair. Something else I want to mention- you don't have to sleep on it. If you start with 80% dry hair, throw it on in the morning, and be ready for your night out in a few hours, you don't HAVE to sleep on it.

How to use the Almush Style Heatless Curler Set

This is the easiest curler to use for beginners and experienced hairdo creators. I have watched several tutorial videos on how to use the curler and it's pretty straightforward.

  • Start by using clean partially dry hair. Make sure it is brushed and tangle-free. This will be very helpful when you take it out tomorrow.
  • Part it in the natural place you would usually have it parted.
  • Place the center of the wand at the crown of your head and secure it with the clip provided in the set.
  • Let the wand fall to the sides of your head letting it rest behind the ear.
  • Part your hair evenly on both sides like you are making piggy tails. You can use the scrunchies to keep your hair securely in place while you are wrapping each side.

Wrapping each side

There are a few ways you can wrap your hair. You will definitely want to consider your haircut and length. Layered hair will be easier with a crisis cross pattern wrap. Wrapping your hair around in a criss-cross pattern will increase the volume once the curler is out.

Starting at the top, take sections of hair and start wrapping them around the wand. You can add pieces in as you go as if you are doing a french braid. Make sure each section goes from the front to the back part.

For bigger curls, space the hair out so it goes longer down the wand and uses thicker sections of hair. For tighter curls, use smaller sections of hair and wrap the sections closer together.

Securing the wand for setting is as easy. Fold the wand up at the end of the wand and secure it with the scrunchies provided in the set. If you have thin hair like mine you might need to use smaller elastics to secure your hair to the wand.

Taking the wand off:

When your hair is dry and ready to be styled, take the scrunchies off of the wand and easily unwind your hair from the wand. Go easy to prevent tangling. Try not to separate the curls yet. Once both sides are all the way unwrapped, use your fingers to separate the curls.

Ta-Dah!!!! Done!!!
