Mothers Day has just passed. I am so blessed to say the least. I have 2 beautiful daughters and am coming up on a third. Just a few short weeks away! There are so many things that I did with my older daughters that I can't wait to do with Maddy.
Maddy is the baby that we were never going to be able to have. Due to medical reasons, I can not have children of my own again. We are so blessed to have the kids we do have, Aron and I have wanted to try to adopt for years.
My youngest daughter is 10 and is so excited to be a "Big Sister" FINALLY!! She has been wanting to be a big sister for as long as I can remember. She used to get so upset because she was only a baby sister, she would say, but Mama, that's the only thing that I want, take everything else back".
It is finally happening. We are finally going to have our sweet little baby.
There are so many awesome moments. The snuggles and coo's, the sweet little smiles, and most importantly a mommy/ daughter bond to last a lifetime. I will be able to raise her and show her love, and teach her how to be an amazing person and be able to raise her own family, unconditionally loving them, no matter who or where they come from.
She is going to be the best big sister ever. She wants to make sure Maddy hears a million~when mommy was little and was just like me~ and 3 lullaby's, just like you did for me!" EVERY NIGHT. I am so happy she remembers that Mommy Magic that made her being little so special and wants to share me and the Mommy Magic with her new baby sister.
They have such an awesome collection of baby stuff and one of my favorites ~ Disney Baby at Walmart!! There are so many products to pick from too.
I have a small little hoard of baby supplies that is growing by what seems like the day. Clothes, diapers, wipes, a bouncy chair, bottles, pacifier, pacifier clips, blankets, and even more clothes. I swear here lately, every time it crosses my mind, I hop in the car down to Walmart we go.
I spent at least an hour there today looking at the sweet super cute baby stuff with Cassie. She is so fun to shop with. Planning what we should do, what we should get, how to decorate the nursery, what colors to pick, etc. This whole process has been one special moment for us after another.
We just got the Disney Baby Minnie Mouse Plush Blanket and the Disney Baby Minnie Mouse Rocker. I can't wait to see her sweet little face!!

The little blanket is so soft and plush, it is going to be the one that she carries with her everywhere! Both of my girls had one. This is the one that she can lay on to play on and snuggle and carry when she gets big.

Some of the other really cute Baby Disney stuff I saw are the Disney Baby Minnie Mouse Outfit in Tomato and Disney Baby Minnie Mouse Bottles. I love this whole collections the shoes, clothes, and oh my goodness the whole toddler bed set up!! It will be awhile before we need those though.
I love this little cute outfit. Just by picking it up and looking at it, my voice got higher pitched and I immediately started to talk in baby talk. I didn't realize it until Cassie mentioned it and laughed. We picked out outfits and compared sized and were making guesses on how big she will be when we bring her home.

The baby bottles are SOOOO Cute! These are the perfect fit because of the nipple shape. These change shape just like a mothers breast would change during feeding.
Maddy will not be breast fed because that is something I will not be able to do for her. I still want her feeding time to be as full of bonding as it can be and I really believe that bottles like these will be such a big help. The features this bottle has will help me be as close to a natural mommy to Maddy that I can.
