When you think of a super hero what do you think of? Do you think of the the hard chiseled body, that can withstand the weight of the world? A perfect brain that can answer every and any question in a millisecond? The strong one that can move mountains?

Do you know what my version of a super hero is? Someone that can love unconditionally, understand that I am flawed, know that there is pain and misfortune but, everything is worth trying for. Someone that knows it's not okay to be mean to others. Never gives Up.

My super hero might have acne or a plus sized body. My super hero might have a disability, physical or mental that prevents them from doing all that he would like but he or she still tries their hardest. My super hero might have anxiety. My Super Hero might have scars inside and out and hurts that the rest of the world may never know or seem to care about and they still love and respect other people.

My Super Hero is YOU.

A hero is by definition a person,typically a man who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble achievements.

I know so many people that fit that bill and don't even know they are doing it.

Abby you are my Super Hero for doing everything you put your mind to. I know you get discouraged when progress seems slow and good results are not in view but you are amazing. Everything you play makes my heart smile!! I love you Sunshine!

Cassidy, you are my Super Hero for having the patience of a saint and never giving up. I know you feel like it's all to hard and you'll never get it but, You're Doing It! Keep up the good work!! I love you Sugar Lump.

Aron, you are my Super Hero for loving me the way you do. For taking all that life has thrown you and still getting up. You are the definition of Strength Beyond Strength. I love you Baby!

Letting someone know they are a super hero is so important. Helping them feel and believe they are "worth it" is so important.

Sometimes it's other people that make you feel like you are not good enough. Our youngest daughter had a problem with bullying when she was littler. Kids were picking on her because she spoke differently when we moved here, she didn't read like the other kids, she wore glasses, and so many other small things.

We tried so hard to make her know how worth it she is. We showed her famous people that wore glasses, that talked differently than all of us, people that used sign language instead of words. Just to show her that it's okay to be different and still be amazing.

I want to share with you a sweet bear named Brianna. She is a Ready Set Go Bear and comes with a kit to building self esteem for kids. This kit comes with a super soft yellow bear (Brianna), a pink mask, a pink Super Hero cape, and a necklace with a pendant, so your kid can be a super hero too.

Brianna is a super plush teddy bear that can be snuggled and squeezed. Cassie felt right away, that Brianna is special and now she takes care off all of the other babies while she is away at school for the day. I found this when i went to put away the laundry the other day and almost cried. She knows what it is like to feel safe and secure and is showing that through here toys.

This also comes with some really great literature on self esteem and how to encourage your child. I love this Super Hero. Ready Set Go has received Mom's Choice Gold award.

We have really been able to help Cassie by asking her how Brianna felt about things. She's brave, she wears a cape and mask, this is so awesome or a tool disguised as toy. I love it and so does Cassie.
