Recently I was picked to partner up with Tyson® Project A+ and Walmart to show all of my amazing readers (all 118,000 of you) how absolutely amazing the Tyson® Project A+ and Walmart are! I know you all remember clipping for savings; this is better. This is a program that schools can exchange the labels for actual cash to buy what the school needs. This is amazing!!
Why I am so passionate about this is because my daughter was taken out of a very important program to her because the funding wasn't there. The Tyson® Project A+ will help keep that from happening to other kids.
School is so important to us. We try so hard to get our girls excited in every way that we can. One way I found out was to include them in hunt for Tyson® Project A+. What do my girls love as much if not more than shopping?? Thats right SNACKS. They love them so much and it's my job as a mom to make sure they are healthy, worthwhile foods.
Tyson® is an amazing brand and we love them already. Offering high protein foods, our girls have the fuel to last. We love the convenience of being able to grab them in the freezer section at our local Wal-Mart. Cassie is 9, and very passionate about her chicken nuggets. We can give her something she wants and something we trust to fill her up and keep her going. Being parents, and wanting the best for all of our kids, I know they won't be asking for a snack in 30 minutes.
Tyson® Fun Nuggets are exactly that. The cute shapes make meals and snacks more entertaining. I love it that we can do anything with them. From plain with sauce or making stir fry with vegetables, we trust Tyson® to complete any meal.

Tyson Project A+™ #WMTProjectAPlus
Hayesville Elementary is Cassie's 3rd school. She started an amazing program in our old district unfortunately, that program ended due to funding. We were so sad to see it go. That put Cassie in with the regular class and her progress stopped and she started to fall further and further behind her expected progression. We moved to this state the next school year. Her second school didn't measure up to our standards at all. She was placed into a grade level behind where she was supposed to be, and was able to work alongside the other kids for the time being.
Then we started to hear about the awesome programs Hayesville offered and their willingness to work with all kids the same. Within her first year, she was improving by leaps and bounds. Her teacher had the patience of a saint. By being willing to work with her to get what she needed and between her teacher and hard work at home, We Did It. She Did It!! She is on task. She has kept up with 2nd graders and is now going onto a 3rd. We are so proud to be her parents. We are so lucky to be a part of such an awesome school.
